We are a driving school based in East Hunsbury, and
covering Northampton and all surrounding districts. We are available for lessons seven days a week.
Learning to drive in today's
environment is sometimes demanding, but can also be an enjoyable experience, as
well as a rewarding challenge. Each pupil has different learning abilities, and
this is recognised in our flexible approach to teaching. Beginners,
intermediate or refresher courses are all welcome, and we specialise in Pass
Plus, details on the link page on the left.
Wayside Driver Training endeavours to obtain a higher standard of driving than that needed to pass
the increasingly demanding driving test. A progress report is provided for
every pupil and is kept up to date immediately after the lesson. This ensures
that every procedure has been covered, and eventually attained, to a
satisfactory level.
In today's modern environment,
with faster cars and busier roads, a very high standard of driving is
required to become a safe driver. To help cope with these conditions, Wayside
Driver Training includes driver attitude and theory training as part of
the course. The lessons are timed to take this into account.
